Mansion, named “Miami’s Hottest Club” by People magazine, has played host to some of the entertainment world’s most glamorous events, from Diddy’s MTV Video Music Awards celebration party and Britney Spears’ Miami performance, to live performance by Prince and Velvet Revolver.Grand and majestic, and easily configured to accommodate events of any size, Mansion’s “residence-meets-nightlife” concept features multiple floors of design and architectural decadence. Heralded design elements include sweeping staircases, ornate fireplaces, Venetian glass mirrors,dramatic crystal chandeliers, exposed brick walls, towering keystone arches and cozy sitting areas that mix with modern Lucite pieces with the luxurious banquets. Set in a building that was first built as the French Casino in 1936,Mansion is located in the heart of South Beach on Miami’s colorful Washington Avenue, close to the area’s finest restaurants, most luxurious hotels and popular Lincoln Road district. |

Prices are per person unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to change.
For general admission, the only gratuity is what you would typically tip your bartender
or cocktail waitress. For bottle service, gratuity is not included in the ticket
price unless otherwise noted.
If purchasing VIP or table tickets individually, and if the party requires a minimum
number of people, your entire group must purchase their table tickets within 24
hours of the initial purchase. If the other tickets are not purchased within 24
hours, the initial purchase will be canceled and no refunds will be issued.

is cancelled you will receive an automatic refund for the face value of the ticket.
If an event is postponed you may request a refund for the face value of the ticket.
To request a refund you must forward your original e-mail receipt to info@1231.com
and place "Refund" in subject line. Refund requests must be made within five days
of the event's originally scheduled date. Unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled
there are no refunds. If a party advertises a celebrity host, there is no guarantee
that you will see, meet, or interact with the celebrity. In fact, sometimes the
celebrities have last-minute cancellations. If the celebrity does not appear at
the event, 1231.com is not responsible, and this is not grounds for a ticket refund.
