The creators of Halloween OC and New Years Eve parties at the Hilton Costa Mesa, Atrium Hotel and Irvine Marriott present OC`s premiere New Year`s Eve celebration. THURSDAY - December 31, 2009 join us and 5,000 of our friends as we transform the Hilton Costa Mesa into Orange County`s most exclusive and decadent New Year's Eve Celebration ever! EVENT OVERVIEW:
This has been the #1 New Year's Eve Celebration in Orange County for the past 10 years. NYEOC is biggest party to come to Orange County. Seven different ballrooms, TWO levels (one level is exclusively VIP) and every type of music imaginable. You must be 21 or older to attend this party and proper attire is required. New Years Eve OC (NYEOC) is the celebration for the classy, upscale people of Southern California. One of the best things about a Hotel Party on New Years Eve is that you can party all you want and go to your room when the party is over. You don't worry about drinking and driving or even worse starting your year off with a DUI. ON THE MAIN LEVEL
NYEOC features music Video DJs in the main ballroom and a video countdown on 12 foot video screens. Beauty and Fashion shows from various salons and designers will take place between 9pm and 10pm.
In the House room our DJs will take full control of your body, mind and soul (that's what they told us) with some of the best House, Electro and Trance music.
If you find yourself feeling nostalgic, you can visit the Retro Room where DJs will play 70's, 80's and 90's rock, hip-hop and hits from days gone by. This will bring back memories of the "good ol days" as you prepare to for some "great new days" And for our lovers of the Latin vibe, we have a Salsa and Reggaeton room. This is the room where you can enjoy beats and sounds of music by popular latin DJs ON THE VIP LEVEL
There's two ultra lounges, fully furnished with Ultra Lounge furniture. Plus we add a Play-for-fun Casino featuring Blackjack, Roulette, Craps and other fun casino games

For general admission, the only gratuity is what you would typically tip your bartender
or cocktail waitress. For bottle service, gratuity is not included in the ticket
price unless otherwise noted.
If purchasing VIP or table tickets individually, and if the party requires a minimum
number of people, your entire group must purchase their table tickets within 24
hours of the initial purchase. If the other tickets are not purchased within 24
hours, the initial purchase will be canceled and no refunds will be issued.

is cancelled you will receive an automatic refund for the face value of the ticket.
If an event is postponed you may request a refund for the face value of the ticket.
To request a refund you must forward your original e-mail receipt to info@1231.com
and place "Refund" in subject line. Refund requests must be made within five days
of the event's originally scheduled date. Unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled
there are no refunds. If a party advertises a celebrity host, there is no guarantee
that you will see, meet, or interact with the celebrity. In fact, sometimes the
celebrities have last-minute cancellations. If the celebrity does not appear at
the event, 1231.com is not responsible, and this is not grounds for a ticket refund.
